Maksim Khasin

Maksim Khasin is an experienced product leader with a strong background in genetic counseling and data analysis. As the Head of Product at Trapelo since June 2013, Khasin has translated business goals into product functionalities, managed diverse development teams, and designed technical products to enhance a knowledge base of clinically actionable biomarkers. Previous roles include Product Owner at Trapelo, where requirements for company products were documented; Curation Specialist, which involved the synthesis of clinical literature; and a data analysis role at Tapinator, focusing on mobile app performance. Khasin also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of a donation-based yoga studio and completed internships in genetic counseling at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and NY Methodist Hospital. Khasin holds a Master of Science degree in Genetic Counseling from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the Macaulay Honors College at Brooklyn College.
