Claire Ball

Claire Ball is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Trapp Family Lodge since December 2019, Claire previously held similar managerial roles at Spire Hospitality and BENCHMARK, where responsibilities encompassed the administration of human resources policies and management of personnel records. Prior to these roles, Claire acted as the Director of Human Resources at Bolton Valley Resort, overseeing comprehensive personnel management functions, and has also contributed to the operations at Okemo Mountain Resort in various capacities. Claire's career began in the state park system as a Park Ranger, enhancing management skills in a natural setting. Claire holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Maine.
