Carter Schellenberg

Carter Schellenberg is an experienced professional in logistics and business optimization, currently serving as the Vice President of Growth & Strategy at Trappers Transport Ltd since March 2025. Prior to this role, Carter spent a decade at HyLife, advancing through various positions including Director of Integrated Sales and several senior management roles focused on planning, business optimization, and logistics for multiple divisions. Notably, Carter managed approximately 30,000 loads of bulk grains and animal feed annually. Earlier experience at HyLife also included roles such as Logistics Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed planning and dispatching, as well as managing inventories. Carter holds degrees in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Manitoba and Transportation/Logistics Management from RRC Polytech, both completed from 2015 to 2018.
