Steve Dobrowolski

Steve Dobrowolski has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Steve started their career in 1996 as a Rounds Cook at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and then worked as a Rounds Cook at ARAMARK in 1997. Steve joined Hotel Baker in 1998 as a Line Cook and later moved on to Tribella Bar and Grill as an Assistant Manager in 1999. In the same year, they also worked as a Sous Chef at Chefs 505.

In 2000, Steve joined Aramark again, this time as a Location Director at East Carolina University. Steve managed residential and retail operations, including a bakeshop and football stadium concessions. Steve then became the Food Service Director at New York University, where they handled operational planning, financial reports, and managed catering and dining facilities. From 2006 to 2013, they worked as an Operations Director at the University of South Florida, overseeing all unit food service operations.

In 2013, Steve joined Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises as a Regional Sales and Operations Director. Steve then moved on to Pinnacle Automotive Hospitality Services, Inc. in 2014, where they served as the Regional Sales and Operations Director, responsible for sales and operations control in the South Region.

In 2016, Steve joined Aramark again, this time as the General Manager of Macdill Air Force Base, where they managed food services and resources. Steve provided supervision and coaching for staff and ensured compliance with brand standards. Their most recent position is at Trash Butler, where they started in 2018 as a Senior District Manager and later became a Regional Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Reporting Manager.

Steve Dobrowolski completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University from 1997-1999. Prior to that, they earned an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America from 1995-1997.
