Neil Kucera is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in various sectors, including private equity, real estate, and recruitment. As the Founder and Executive Chairman of Trash Caddies since September 2022, Neil has developed a reliable trash solution for short-term rental operators, complemented by acquisitions of Ragin' Raccoon, CanMan, and Trash Automated. Neil co-founded Mailbox Capital in 2021, focusing on value-add multifamily projects. As CEO of Kucera Family Enterprises, Neil has overseen investments yielding nearly $1 billion in successful exits and managed a substantial industrial real estate portfolio. Additional board memberships include Western Addition and Hotel Viata. Neil's previous recruitment experience includes founding Maguire & Fish and roles at Fortis Partners and VonChurch, along with an operations position at Google. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Santa Clara University.

After welcoming our new baby, my wife and I were exceptionally happy, but sleep deprived. Forgetting what day was trash day was too easy, and missing trash day with a bin full of diapers had some less than pleasant ramifications. The idea of automating even one responsibility was a huge relief, and the idea for Trash Caddies was born.
