They manage the procurement of raw materials, oversee production processes, and implement sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact. This team also focuses on optimizing supply chain efficiency, maintaining high standards in consumable production, and industrializing new equipment to meet the global demand from nuclear medicine departments, research centers, and pharmaceutical companies.
