Paulo Pinho

Paulo Pinho is an accomplished HR and EHS Director at Tratolixo since May 2023, with extensive experience in human resources management spanning over three decades. Previously, Paulo held the position of Iberian Human Resources Manager at Lincoln Electric from June 2008 to May 2022, where Paulo successfully managed the implementation of a mandatory equality plan in Spain, restructured organizations post-acquisition, and led career development projects that significantly reduced turnover.
