Gustav Willén is a Swedish mechanical engineer with a Master of Science degree from KTH in Stockholm. They currently serve as the Global Unit Head for Loads & Complete Vehicle Durability at Traton Group R&D, having previously worked at Scania CV AB as a Senior Engineer and Development Engineer. Prior to joining Scania, Gustav spent over a decade in the Munich region working at MAN Truck & Bus, focusing on fatigue life testing and test methods. Their extensive experience includes load analysis and durability testing for various vehicle components, as well as collaboration on international measurement campaigns.
