Klara Petersen

Klara Petersen is currently the Global Employer Branding Lead at TRATON GROUP R&D, where they focus on leading employer branding initiatives globally. Previously, Klara served as an Employer Branding Specialist at Scania Group, driving efforts to engage R&D engineers and attract future talent. They also held the position of Employer Branding Coordinator at Epiroc, where they strengthened the employer brand in the Nordics and Baltics through strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement. Klara began their career with internships in communications and employer branding at ABB and Näringslivskontoret Borlänge. Klara earned a Kandidatexamen in Media, Communication & PR from Örebro universitet in 2021.
