Sowmiya Theivaprakasam, Ph.D., is an experienced professional in the field of battery engineering and electrochemistry. Currently serving as an Associate Senior Development Engineer at TRATON GROUP since July 2025, Sowmiya previously held the position of Associate Senior Engineer at Scania Group from January 2020 to August 2025, focusing on performance testing and evaluation of battery cells.
