Richard Parvey

Richard Parvey is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in land acquisition and development. Currently, Richard serves as the Vice President of Land Acquisition at Traton Homes since January 2022. Prior to this role, Richard was the Owner of Longleaf Companies from January 2016 to February 2024, and held the position of Director of Development at Thomas Homes & Communities from June 2013 to January 2016, contributing to an active adult housing market leader in Cobb County. Earlier in Richard's career, roles included Director of Acquisitions and Land Development at The Terranova Group, Partner at Hyperion Partners, and CEO of The Parvey Companies, which developed over 15 communities across multiple states. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Art History from The University of the South and studies in Historic Preservation at The University of Georgia.
