Todd Thrasher

Todd Thrasher is the Executive Director of Land at Traton Homes and serves as the Managing Partner at Brooks Chadwick Capital, where they lead a team focused on real estate opportunities across Georgia and the Southeast. With nearly two decades of experience in the industry, Todd has significantly contributed to the development of residential communities and been involved in close to $1 billion in transactions. Previously, they held key roles at organizations such as InterLinc Associates and Presley Property Development. Todd has been recognized as one of Cobb County's "Top 20 Rising Stars under age 40" and has served on various committees appointed by the Cobb County Commissioners. They are currently pursuing education at Columbia International University.
