Zach is currently an Associate at Traub Capital, where he is responsible for sourcing and performing diligence for new opportunities. Zach was a member of the investment team that performed diligence for and closed on Traub Capital’s acquisition of Mana Products.
Prior to joining Traub Capital, Zach was an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, a leading global investment bank with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financial restructuring, and valuation. As part of the Consumer, Food and Retail group at Houlihan Lokey, Zach advised clients on M&A mandates, restructuring transactions and strategic alternatives. During that time, he worked on the successful sale of the Rockport Group, a leader in comfort footwear, through a Chapter 11 auction.
Zach received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with concentrations in Finance and Data Science from the NYU Stern School of Business, where he graduated summa cum laude.
