Amanda Rook has extensive work experience in marketing and sales. Amanda started their career as an Advertising Account Representative at Priority Marketing of Southwest Florida, Inc. in July 2010 and worked in this role until June 2012. From July 2012 to June 2014, they were a Marketing Account Manager at the same company.
In 2014, Amanda joined Mystic Lake Casino Hotel as a Digital Marketing Representative, where they worked from July 2014 to December 2016. Amanda then became a Marketing Manager - Hospitality & Communications at the same company from January 2017 to March 2022.
In March 2022, Amanda joined Travail Collective as the Director of Marketing & Sales, where they are currently employed.
Amanda Rook holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, and Graphic Design from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Led by chef-owners Mike Brown, James Winberg and Bob Gerken, Travail Kitchen is the flagship restaurant of Travail Collective. Known for pushing culinary trends and innovative dining concepts, Travail Kitchen serves elaborate tasting menus and rotating restaurant concepts in it’s Robbinsdale, MN location. Travail Collective also includes Nouvelle Brewing featuring craft pizzas by Pig Ate My Pizza and small-batch brews. The latest collective concept is Dream Creamery in NE Minneapolis with a variety of premium ice cream and frozen desserts created with thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
