Nguyen Thi Phuong Thanh has extensive work experience in the digital marketing and translation fields. Nguyen began their career in 2008 as an Intern at the Community Health and Development Organization - Light. In 2009, they worked as an Intern - Tour Guide at Ethnic Travel Vietnam Co., Ltd. and as an Online Marketer - R&D Department at Vietnam Discovery Travel Jsc. Nguyen then worked as an English Vietnamese Freelance Translator for various translation companies from 2009 to 2018. In 2014, they were an Online Marketing Supervisor at Bhaya Group. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Digital Marketing Manager at Paradise Cruises & Hotel, where they managed all digital marketing activities and online KPIs. Lastly, from 2019 to present, they have been an SEO/ SEM Specialist at Travala.com.

Nguyen Thi Phuong Thanh obtained a Bachelor in English - Translating and Interpreting Division from Dai hoc Quoc Gia Hànôi between 2005 and 2009. In 2021, they obtained two certifications from Google: Advanced Google Analytics in March and Google Analytics for Beginners in January.
