Radka Wilson has worked in the travel industry since 2004. Radka began their career at Flight Centre Travel Group, where they held the roles of Product Distribution Analyst, Ticket Centre Accounts/Global BSP Consultant and Ticketing Consultant. In 2018, they moved to Flightsuit as a Travel Operations and Account Manager, where they were responsible for establishing operational processes, marketing strategy and customer acquisition and account management of a start-up online corporate travel business. Radka also provided business requirements and user acceptance testing of a new travel technology platform. In 2019, they joined TravelbyBit as a Travel Operations and Account Manager. Currently, they are the Global Operations Manager at Travala.com.

Radka Wilson earned a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Hradec Králové between 1995 and 2000. In 2004 and 2005, they attended the Australian College of Travel and Tourism to study Tourism and Travel Services Management. From 2001 to 2002, they obtained a Certificate III in Information Technology from Martin College. In 2015, they completed a Diploma in Management at Franklyn Scholar. Additionally, they obtained the Betty Liu on Career Success certification from LinkedIn in March 2020.
