Sobechi Foster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and coaching. Currently serving as People Manager for EMEA & Americas at Cover Genius since February 2020, Sobechi also holds the position of High Performance Coach at The Skillset Group and is a co-founder of Nattives, both since January 2021. Previously, Sobechi held various HR roles, including HR Manager at Investoo Group and HR Generalist at WideOrbit. Early career highlights include positions at United Insurance Brokers Limited, Chubb, KPMG, Barclays Capital, and Robert Walters.
