Michelle Bender

Michelle Bender is a seasoned media relations professional with extensive experience in the travel industry. Currently serving as the Media Relations Manager at Travel Alberta since June 2021, Michelle previously held roles at Pursuit Collection from June 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities included managing social media and public relations strategies for the Banff Jasper Collection. Their expertise encompasses building relationships with travel media, creating and distributing press releases, and enhancing brand presence through various media channels. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Guelph-Humber and an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Humber College.
