Karina Fox-Andrews is an accomplished professional in the travel industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales & Performance at Travel Counsellors since January 2007. With a focus on high performance and business development, Karina has held various leadership roles including Head of High Performance Sales and Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included guiding business coaches and supporting Travel Counsellors in achieving success. Prior experience includes managing a high-turnover branch at First Choice Holiday Hypermarket and overseeing a busy independent travel agency as Branch Manager for The Global Travel Group. Karina holds a Level 5 Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring from ILM and a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from the University of Lancashire.
