Tushar Salian

Tushar Salian is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industries. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager Information Technology at Travel Food Services since May 2024, Tushar has previously held significant positions including General Manager and Deputy General Manager Information Technology at PVR Limited from November 2022 to May 2024, and Head of Information Technology at 7 Apple Hotels & Resorts from January to October 2022. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Starbucks India, beginning as a Shift Supervisor in 2012 and culminating as a System Specialist in Digital Innovations & Technology until January 2022. Tushar began the professional journey at McDonald's India as an Assistant Manager and has also interned in customer service roles. An educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Anjuman-I-Islam's Institute.
