Sheila Allen has extensive experience in claims analysis and customer service within the insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Claims Analyst at Travel Insured International since November 2013. Prior to this role, Sheila held the position of Claim Analyst II and worked at Travelers from April 2009 to July 2013 as a Customer Service Representative. Sheila's career began at Lincoln Financial Group, where individual contributions as a Claim Examiner were made from August 1999 to July 2004, followed by a role as a Senior Claims Examiner at The Manhattan Life Insurance Company and its affiliated entities from December 2004 to April 2009.
