Cynthia (Cindy) Brill is an experienced travel professional currently serving as the Branch Manager and Travel Specialist at Travel Leaders Discovery since June 2025. With a background that includes positions as a Leisure Travel Consultant at Brilliant Vacations and various roles within the travel industry, Cindy has extensive knowledge in customer service, sales, and travel planning. Prior experience includes working as a Patient Service Representative at Advocate Aurora Health and a Business Process Specialist at Protravel International, among others. Cindy’s passion for travel, particularly to Mexico and the Caribbean, coupled with a commitment to training and development in the travel sector, showcases a strong dedication to enhancing the vacation experiences of clients. Educationally, Cindy graduated from McConnell Travel Academy and Oostburg High School.
