Rob Deane

Rob Deane has extensive experience in strategic alliances and business development across various industries spanning over three decades. Currently, Rob is on a personal sabbatical after serving as Strategic Alliances Manager at HireRight from 2014 to 2018, where responsibilities included leading the alliance program for the largest background screening company. Previous roles include Trustee & Executor at Private Trust, Strategic Alliances Director at Dover Corporation, and Global Account Manager at O'Neil Product Development, where Rob focused on building partnerships and managing sales strategies. Earlier in the career, Rob held positions in business development at CSI Enterprises and sales management at Pelican Properties. Rob holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
