Deon Logan

Deon Logan, Ed.D., CDR, is an accomplished leader in human resources and educational administration with extensive experience in enhancing employee engagement and fostering inclusive work environments. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Travel Oregon, Deon influences HR strategies to promote organizational success. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Multnomah Education Service District, where leadership in recruitment, labor relations, and diversity initiatives transformed the HR team. Deon's career also encompasses pivotal positions in recruitment and admissions at various educational institutions, including Portland Public Schools and Pacific University, as well as teaching roles focused on social-emotional learning. Deon holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Concordia University-Portland, complemented by a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from New Mexico State University.
