Junho Chang

Junho Chang currently serves as the Director of Finance & Accounting at Travel Oregon, a position held since August 2025. Prior experience includes a decade at Portland Public Schools, where Junho held various roles, including Senior Budget Manager, Budget Systems Manager, and Senior Budget Analyst/Technical Lead. Additionally, Junho served as Secretary/Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Northwest Family Services from June 2016 to December 2017 and worked as a Budget Specialist for Reynolds School District from August 2010 to November 2015. Junho Chang holds a Master of Business Administration in Nonprofit Management from the University of Portland (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Oregon State University (2007-2010).
