Jamie Arias

Jamie Arias currently serves as the Manager of Learning & Development at Travel + Leisure Co., where responsibilities include identifying leadership skill gaps, creating customized learning experiences, and managing leadership development programs. Prior to this role, Jamie worked as a Substitute Teacher for Orange County Public Schools and held various positions at Marriott International from 2008 to 2020, including Manager of Franchise Sales Support Training and Manager of Sales Learning Delivery, achieving significant improvements in training attendance and stakeholder satisfaction. Jamie began a career in sales at Mckibbon Hotel Management as a Sales Manager. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Career and Technical Education from the University of Central Florida, earned in December 2022.
