Scott H.

Scott H. serves as the Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics at Travel + Leisure Co. since October 2021, leading the Data Production Implementation Office to integrate data engineering and analytics with business outcomes. With a strong academic presence, Scott H. has been an Adjunct Professor at the College of Central Florida since January 2014 and briefly at Wake Forest University in 2021, teaching management and forecasting. Previous roles include Director of Operational Analytics at Ideal Image and significant positions at Wyndham Destinations and The Walt Disney Company, focusing on workforce planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency. Scott H. is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida, building upon a robust foundation that includes an MBA and multiple engineering degrees from the University of Florida.
