Madison Carter is a marketing professional with diverse experience in customer care, community outreach, and program management. Currently serving as a Marketing Coordinator at Travel Portland since January 2023, Madison previously excelled as a Customer Care Advocate at Fully, where strong customer service skills were developed. Madison's experience at the Alumni Association at Western Washington University included enhancing alumni engagement and managing various programs, while a stint as a Community Outreach Intern at PRR involved effective communication with communities and facilitating public feedback for projects. An educational background in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and Spanish was acquired from Western Washington University, complemented by a study period at the University of Deusto.
