Anup Agarwal

Anup Agarwal is a seasoned professional in the travel and hospitality industry with extensive experience in product management and customer experience. Currently serving as the Head of Product & Customer Experience at Travel Samay since February 2024, Anup previously held the position of Product Manager at Atlys from June 2023 to January 2024. Anup's career at Thomas Cook India Limited spanned nearly eight years, where roles included Deputy General Manager - Product, Trade, and Senior Manager - MICE. Earlier experience includes managing groups at Simple Travel Services Limited and contracting support for outbound MICE projects at Thomas Cook India. Initial professional exposure was gained with Emirates Flight Catering at the Dubai Air Show and through a summer internship at JW Marriott in Mumbai. Anup holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Mumbai.
