Duke Chung

Duke Chung is the Co-Founder and CEO of TravelBank, a cloud-based solution that creates amazing customer experiences through a combination of knowledge management, self-service and multi-channel interactions. Prior to TravelBank, Duke Chung was the Founder of Parature, which was acquired by Microsoft in 2014. Duke Chung has over 15 years of experience in the customer service and customer experience industry.

Duke Chung graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
