Jacob Sunkel has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2010, they worked as a Sales Representative for Vector Marketing. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Student Body President, Summer Camp Counselor, and Academic Tutor at Ohio Christian University. During this time, they also worked as a Tax Preparer and Office Assistant at Bowen, Powell & Co., and as an Intern at the Office of Congressman Steve Stivers. From 2014 to 2020, they were the Director of Customer Service, Assistant Director of Customer Service, and Customer Service Supervisor at Ohio Christian University. In 2020, they became the Head of Global 24/7 Customer Support, Provider and Data Operations at TrueCare24. Currently, they are the Strategic Support Leader at TravelBank.
