Ali Maguella

Ali Maguella is an experienced IT consultant with a strong background in technical support and helpdesk services. Currently employed at VIA Rail Canada since May 2018, Ali provides level 2 IT helpdesk support, specializing in various hardware and software applications, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and VPN solutions.
