Surabhi Jajodia, CHRL, CHRP, MBA (HR) is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at TravelBrands since April 2021. In this role, Surabhi collaborates with the Chief Human Resources Officer to strategize and execute change management initiatives while partnering with Department Directors to meet departmental goals. Prior to TravelBrands, Surabhi held the position of Human Resources Generalist and Assistant Manager Human Resources at InnovAccer from August 2015 to April 2018, where responsibilities included establishing the HR function in a high-paced startup environment. Surabhi began a career in HR as a management trainee at Neuerth in 2012, gaining insights into HR best practices from industry leaders. Surabhi holds a Master of Business Administration in HR from Amity University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and Economics from Delhi University.
