Isabel Kinsler's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2018, they started as an apprentice in event planning at expofair GmbH, where they worked until 2021. From August 2021 to January 2022, they worked as a Sales Advisor at H&M. In February 2022, they briefly worked as a Stagehand at Kooperative Tateinheit GmbH. Isabel then moved on to BFS Arena Service Berlin GmbH in April 2022, where they worked as a Stagehand/Side Crew member. Currently, they are working at Travelcircus as a Customer Service/Ticketing Agent, starting in June 2022.

Isabel Kinsler's education history includes attending several educational institutions. From 2022 to 2022, they attended the EF International Language Campuses. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they attended OSZ Handel, where they completed a training program to become a Veranstaltungskauffrau (event management specialist) with a focus on Veranstaltungsplanung (event planning). Isabel completed their Realschulabschluss (secondary school leaving certificate) from 2011 to 2015 at FAW Woltersdorf.
