Lisa Young

Lisa Young started their work experience as a Sales Assistant at Q 91 Radio in 1990. Lisa then worked as an Insurance Broker at BKI Risk Management from 1999 to 2003. Lisa joined TD in 2003 and held various roles including Insurance Advisor, Team Leader, Learning & Development Manager, and Group Manager, Client Services. Lisa was also a Branch Manager at multiple TD branches, responsible for team leadership, business development, and delivering exceptional client experiences. In 2019, Lisa joined Travelers Canada as an Underwriting Manager and later progressed to Senior Manager, Director of Operations, and currently serves as the Managing Director, PI Underwriting Operations. In their current role, they focus on strategic leadership, employee development, and creating efficiency while supporting strategic initiatives.
