Sharon Wang has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Sharon started their career at Standard Chartered Bank in 1992 as Deputy Branch Manager, where they supervised service delivery and managed operations. Sharon later joined Corporate Renaissance Group in 2001 as a Business Solutions Consultant, where they participated in client projects and delivered analytical models and solutions. In 2007, Sharon joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager, working on a comprehensive review project for a federal government department. In 2008, they joined Alterna Savings as a Senior Financial Analyst, conducting cost and profitability analysis and supporting the implementation of financial models. Currently, Sharon is working at Travelers Canada as the Director of Financial Business Partnering and Decision Support, where they develop and manages financial models and provides research and analysis for senior management. Overall, Sharon has proven their expertise in financial analysis, management reporting, and operational improvement throughout their career.

Sharon Wang pursued their MBA in Finance from Carleton University, starting in 1999 and completing it in 2001. Subsequently, they attended the CFA Institute from 2001 to 2003 to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
