Shubham Rusia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shubham began their career at Deloitte, where they worked as a Business Technology Analyst from 2012 to 2015. In this role, they designed and implemented technical solutions for clients in the Life Sciences and Healthcare domains, as well as led critical component implementations. Shubham also conducted analysis and developed strategies that contributed to a 23% increase in the data set for analysis in a Social Media Analytics project in the CPG industry.

Following their time at Deloitte, Shubham worked as a Summer Intern at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan in 2016.
