Nicole Pepe

Nicole Pepe's work experience includes various roles in the hospitality industry. Nicole has recently worked at Travelers Haven, starting in December 2021, where they held positions as Manager of Business Operations, Manager of Operations, and Manager of Client Experience. Prior to that, they worked at Hilton from July 2021 to December 2021 as a Front Office Manager. From October 2018 to February 2021, they were a Front Office Manager at Hiltons on Canyon with Sage Hospitality. Nicole also had previous roles at Hilton, including Guest Services Manager from November 2017 to October 2018, Sales Coordinator from March 2017 to November 2017, and Guest Service Agent from October 2016 to March 2017.

Nicole Pepe obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from Florida State University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014. In April 2019, they also received a certification in Front Office Academy from Colombus, OH.
