Deepak Lad

Deepak Lad is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in business architecture and enterprise business design. Currently serving as the Director of Business Architecture at Travelers Europe since May 2024, Deepak is tasked with leading the business architecture capability for the Future of Specialty programme. Prior to this role, Deepak worked as an Enterprise Business Architect at MS Amlin, focusing on operational model business design and strategic outcomes.
