Erika Barber

Erika Barber is a Learning Strategist at Traveling Coaches. Erika has over 17 years of experience in the legal field. Erika began their career as a Legal Secretary at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP in May 2005. In October 2013, they became the Regional Manager at Butler Snow LLP, where they worked for nine years. In April 2022, they joined Traveling Coaches as a Learning Strategist.

Erika Barber has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Jackson State University. Erika also has certification from Training Magazine in Interactivity and Instructional Design for eLearning, as well as a Training Design, Delivery and Facilitation Certificate.

Their manager is Molly Wolfe, Learning & Client Support Manager. They are on a team with Debra Pruitt - Senior Learning Development Specialist, Carolyn Humpherys - Learning & Change Management Consultant, and Danette Shaifer - Learning Strategist.
