Nicholle Miller began their work experience in 2016 as a Sales Associate at Holiday Gas Station. In 2017, they became the Director of Social Media at PRSSA and held that role until 2019. During the same period, they also worked as a Student Position at Winona State University Alumni Relations. In 2018, they took on the role of Social Media Manager at Winona State University Marketing & Communications. In 2019, Nicholle worked as a Communications Intern at Taylor Corporation and as a District Executive at Boy Scouts of America. Nicholle also served as a Digital Marketing Strategist at Ludic IMC, where they won awards for their marketing campaigns. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Media Monitor at PLUS Communications. In 2021, they became a Development Assistant at Positive Alternatives, where they managed the organization's website, social media, and grant applications, and successfully raised funds through grant applications. Currently, they work as a Digital Content Writer at TravelNet Solutions.

Nicholle Miller obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication - Public Relations, with minors in Political Science and Philosophy, from Winona State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Nicholle completed their high school education at Minnesota New Country School between 2007 and 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Nicholle has obtained several certifications. These include the Fundamentals of Grant Writing from The University of Georgia, which they obtained in August 2021. Nicholle also holds the Commissioned Professional Scouter certification from the Boy Scouts of America, earned in June 2020. In 2018, Nicholle obtained the Hootsuite Platform Certification from the Hootsuite Academy. Nicholle also holds a Purple Belt in Tai Kwon Do. More recently, in July 2022, Nicholle achieved the Google Ads Creative Certification, Google Ads Video Certification, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google. Finally, they are a CPR and First Aid instructor certified by the American Red Cross.
