Lynne Hookway McIpd

Lynne Hookway MCIPD has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Lynne began their career at Brook Street in 1996, where they worked as a Permanent Consultant until 1999. Lynne then joined Kelly Services as a Branch Manager from 1999 to 2003. In 2004, Lynne moved to Gi Group UK, where they held various roles including Branch Manager, Regional HR Manager, and Senior HR Business Partner. During their time at Gi Group UK, they were responsible for strategic planning, employee relations, and staff development. In 2016, Lynne joined Travelodge Hotels Limited, where they have held several key positions, including Interim Employee Relations Manager, Learning & Development Training Projects Manager, Training Manager, and currently as Head of People Services. In their current role, they contribute to the overall people strategy and oversees continuous improvement of people services, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Lynne Hookway MCIPD completed a course in Human Resources Management and Services at CIPD in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Hotel & Catering from Reading College from 1989 to 1991. Lynne also attended Edgbarrow from 1984 to 1989, where they studied and achieved GCSE's.
