Astridia Permatasari

Astridia Permatasari is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in revenue growth management, strategic planning, and customer service. Currently serving as an Associate Revenue Growth Manager in Customer Care at Traveloka since July 2023, Astridia previously held the position of Director's Private Assistant in Strategy & Finance at PT Airmas Ilthabi Teknologi, a subsidiary of Cavotec, from October 2021 to February 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Project Supervisor at PT Berau Coal Energy, where business processes were optimized through feasibility studies and project planning, as well as a Member Services Staff position at Young Living Essential Oils. Astridia also made significant contributions as Head and General Secretary of the Technopreneur Department at Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknologi Industri IPB from 2012 to 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master of Management from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor of Agricultural Technology from IPB University.
