Theresa Devina Silalahi

Theresa Devina Silalahi is a seasoned product manager with expertise in flight disruption management, currently employed at Traveloka since January 2021, transitioning from an associate product manager role. Prior experience includes management consulting and business process analysis at Accenture from August 2017 to January 2021, where significant achievements involved re-engineering business processes in the mining sector. Theresa also contributed as a research assistant in the Systems Engineering Modelling and Simulation Laboratory at the University of Indonesia, enhancing skills in model and system thinking among industrial engineering graduates. Additional roles include a change management intern at Accenture, client engagement with the Student Consulting Club, and an intern at the Equity Retail Division of Mandiri Sekuritas, where standard operational procedures were developed.
