Currently serving as Global Head of Customer Success at TravelOperations, Mette previously held the position of Vice President of Global Services at TrueCommerce, leading a global service organization of over 250 employees across multiple regions. Mette's tenure at TrueCommerce Nordic included strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer success and engagement with enterprise clients. Earlier roles encompassed leadership positions at HighJump Software, Evenex, and MACH, where Mette focused on project management, client services, and business development. Mette holds an MBA from Benedictine University and a Cand.merc degree in Economic Marketing from Copenhagen Business School.
