Rachel Taylor

Rachel Taylor is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as People Director at Travelopia, Rachel has previously held significant positions at Balfour Beatty plc, including Head of HR and Strategic HR Projects Partner. Additional experience includes serving as Senior HR Manager & HR Project Leader at GE Capital and leading Talent and Performance Management at Barclays, where Rachel was also a Senior HR Business Partner. Rachel Taylor holds a BA Hons degree in International Studies with Spanish from the University of Birmingham, earned between 1998 and 2002.
