Sean Collins

Sean Collins is an experienced professional in customer relationship management (CRM) with a focus on the travel and leisure industry. Since October 2020, Sean has served as the Head of CRM for Yachts at Travelopia. Prior to this, from January 2016 to October 2020, Sean held the position of Head of CRM - Global at Mr & Mrs Smith, where a new CRM strategy increased member turnover rates significantly. Sean’s extensive experience at lastminute.com group from February 2006 to December 2015 included various roles, culminating as Head of CRM Operations for Europe, overseeing CRM activities across multiple countries. Earlier in career, Sean worked at Thomson Holidays, focusing on revenue development across multiple brands. Sean holds a BA (Hons) in communication and audio visual production from London Metropolitan University and has further credentials from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
