Martin K. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Martin started their career as an Assistant at Challenger Hockey in 2003 before moving on to roles such as Sales Representative at LEVEL, Sales Manager at Meetpoint Praha, and Project Manager at SPACE PLAN. In 2008, they joined Ryanair as a Junior Cabin Crew and later became a Cabin Service Supervisor, where they worked until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Martin worked at Norwegian as a Crew Management Support, managing hotel accommodations, ground transports, and crew member support. In 2021, they joined Volotea as Ground Operations Support and later transitioned to TravelPerk, where they currently hold the position of Customer Care Agent and has recently been promoted to Customer Care Team Lead.

Martin K. attended Business University in Prague from 2003 to 2005, focusing on Tourism. In 2008, they obtained a Cabin Crew License to Operate on Boeing 737-800, 700 series from Ryanair Ltd.
