Senior Lead Product Operations Manager at TravelPerk

Remy Gourlin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2005, Remy completed an internship at Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance in customer service industry assistant role. In 2008, Remy joined American Express Global Business Travel as an emergency counselor of business travel until 2010. Remy then took on a secondment manager position at the Bondi Junction Mall store of ALDO Group from 2010 to 2011.

From 2011 to 2013, Remy worked at Ubisoft as a business travel & event manager, handling travel arrangements for employees and organizing a large-scale event. Following this, Remy became a project manager at John Paul, responsible for leisure and travel solutions, including contract negotiations and solutions for VIP customers.

Joining Avis Budget Group EMEA in 2013, Remy served as an international business support and later as a team leader for Zipcar, overseeing operations in Spain, Austria, and France. In 2015, Remy joined Innovation Group (Pty) Ltd as the European shared service center manager, specializing in externalization of office activities for the French market.

Most recently, Remy has been working at TravelPerk since 2016. Starting as a trainer and product specialist, Remy has progressed to become a product operations manager and is currently serving as the lead product operations manager, responsible for overseeing operational projects and managing airline accounts. Remy's work at TravelPerk has included implementing new initiatives such as the acquisition of airlines and the implementation of NDC and IATA&ARC markets.

Remy Gourlin completed a Diploma of the Ecole Supérieure du Commerce Exterieur with a focus on International Business/Trade/Commerce from ESCE International Business School from 2003 to 2007. Later, in 2007, they pursued a Master of Marketing Management at EAE Business School. Additionally, in the same year, Remy Gourlin attended Drexel University for a short period of time, studying International Marketing.
