Radosław Damasiewicz

Tomasz Rados currently serves as a Project Officer for the EU4Health program at the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA), focusing on managing calls for proposals aimed at enhancing the resilience of European healthcare systems. Previously, Rados worked as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA), where responsibilities included preparing grant agreements and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Experience also includes roles at the European Commission in project assistance and financial correspondence, supporting various sectors including health and education, as well as positions at the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service. Rados has been involved in voluntary academic support at the University of Warsaw and led the Network PL association, aimed at connecting Polish professionals in international organizations. Rados holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
